MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME
We believe that as Latimer grows, our people grow with us. We provide avenues for the continuous development via intensive hands on training. This is a new initiative taken to accommodate young graduates with industrial experience and exposure. Through this intensive one year training program, young graduates will be given task and responsibilities to be completed within a given time frame. To produce an effective and productive intensive training, an assessment will be conducted quarterly. The results of each assessment will be shared among the graduates to make necessary improvement throughout the training. Finally, by the end of the training, top performing graduates will be selected to be absorbed as a permanent employee. The objective of this Management Trainees Programme is to minimize the gap between students knowledge in a particular field and the expectation of the corporate market. The programme combines both internal and external training sessions, the areas covered ranges from technical/skills to management/soft skill.
