Tan Sri Dato' Denis Latimer is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He gained practical audit and tax experience while working in the United Kingdom and Australia. 

Joined the company in 1998 as a Financial Controller and gradually progressed to Managing Director in 2000.

Puan Sri Madhavi Krishnan is one of the founders of Latimer Corporation Sdn Bhd. Her contribution in setting up the foundation of the company in the areas of human capital and branding had brought the Company to a higher horizon in the industry. She oversees the Administration Department to ensure the efficient running of the corporate offices to support the Group's operations and key strategic initiatives. Puan Sri Madhavi Krishnan also involves in many charity initiatives namely the Cheshire Homes in Selangor.
